Blue Cross Fitness Class Workouts
If you're a Manitoba Blue Cross
employee you can join us 3 times a week for on site cardio and
strength fitness classes.

Every class builds cardiovascular stamina and muscular endurance by
employing a variety of equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals,
and stationary bikes, free weights and functional trainers, TRX
suspension training, resistance bands, kettlebells, and more.

Every session looks a bit different, some featuring circuit
training, others using supersets and cardio intervals, and so on,
but every session is good, hard work that will make you stronger and
healthier.

Any fitness level is welcome, and you're welcome to jump in at any
time - our goal is to improve ourselves no matter where we're
starting from.

Sessions are currently offered from 4:45 to 5:30 pm Monday,
Wednesday, and Thursday's.
