TheTrainingCoop Training Days: Last spring our little Coop enjoyed a weekend of fun out at A Rocha, near the Pembina Valley Provincial Park.  Brian's tongue-in-cheek video below does a good job of summing up what appears to have been a lot of standing around with occasional bike riding.  Despite the somewhat dreary weather conditions good times were had by all.
